Our powerboat courses are designed for both novice and experienced boaters. From the basics of boat handling to navigation techniques, our courses cover everything you need to know to operate a powerboat safely and responsibly. We offer a variety of courses, from Powerboat Level 2 to one-to-one bespoke training and confidence builder courses.
Our VHF courses cover the essential knowledge required to operate a VHF radio, including distress procedures and the international phonetic alphabet.
In our first aid courses, you will learn the skills needed to provide immediate medical assistance in an emergency.
If you own a motor/power boat or are considering owning one, this is the right course for you!
This two-day course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence (ICC).

The RYA Marine Radio Short Range Certificate (SRC) is the minimum qualification required by law, to operate marine VHF radio equipment on a UK flagged vessel. This includes both fixed and handheld equipment with and without Digital Selective Calling (DSC).
